We want you to be happy with your purchase! We have a 60 day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, substantially unused, in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@pinkswanbeauty.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label at your cost and instructions on how and where to send your return package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

After purchasing you will receive email updates with tracking information when your product is shipped. 

Domestic shipments are usually delivered within 3-7 days. International delivery times will vary based on the destination country. At checkout, you will be able to select the carrier and delivery speed that is right for you. 

Products are made in small batches in our studios in New York and Los Angeles.  

Yes! All of our ingredients are certified organic. 

Essential oils are powerful plant botanicals. For highly sensitive skin, please choose our unscented oil. When using a new essential oil, we recommend first patch-testing on the forearm for 48 hours. Our certified organic essential oils (lavender and rose geranium) are included in our formulas at less than 1%. While skin irritation is rare, we always advise caution when trying new products.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Store in a cool place.

We consider an ingredient fair trade if (i) it is sourced from a country where the minimum wage is $10/hour or more, (ii) it is fair trade certified from organizations, such as Fair for Life or (iii) our supplier maintains internal fair trade standards, including, but not limited to, paying competitive wages, profit sharing, fair working conditions or community reinvestment.

We ship our products to many countries worldwide. If shipping to your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will try to accommodate your order. Note shipping outside of the United States may incur additional taxes and/or duties, due on delivery. These costs will be estimated at checkout before purchase.
